Promotional Terms and Conditions - 3 months free on Connect when you sign up for Serve
Offer Details: Connect Platform will be free for 3 months (the “Offer”) for Venues that sign up to the Serve Platform between [23 October 2023] and 31 December 2024 (“Offer Period”).
Scope of Offer: The Offer applies to the Mr Yum “Connect” platform (“Connect Platform”) only, which includes database and contact management, member SMS services and email marketing and other services described on the Mr Yum website from time to time. With regard to the Offer, the Mr Yum “Serve” platform (“Serve Platform”) encompasses interactive menus, mobile ordering and payment functionality and other services described on the Mr Yum website, subject to updates.
Exclusivity: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer made available on the Gamechangers Organisation during the Offer Period.
Contract Requirement: To qualify for the Offer, you must sign up for a 24-month contract for the Serve Platform during the Offer Period.
Redemption Requirement: To redeem this Offer, you must commence taking orders via the Serve Platform at your Venue, during the Offer Period.
To maintain access to the Connect Platform beyond the initial free three-month period, once you have satisfied the Redemption Requirement, you will be required to sign up for the Connect Platform at Mr Yum’s standard rates.
Mr Yum reserves the right to revoke the Offer and reclaim any previously offered rebates, should the venue fail to satisfy the Redemption Requirement.
Notwithstanding clause 7 above, if circumstances arise beyond the Venue’s control that contribute to a failure to satisfy the Redemption Requirement, Mr Yum may, in its sole discretion, grant an extension of the Offer Period so that the Venue may remain qualified for the Offer.
