Molly Davis CBII is the Head of Communications at the British Institute of Innkeeping (BII), the leading membership organisation for licensed trade professionals, with over 10,000 members and growing. Joining the BII in 2017 as a Marketing Executive, she now oversees the Communications team at the BII, leading on all marketing, PR & events across the business.

She was recognised as a Companion of the BII in 2022, for her contribution to the organisation and the wider hospitality sector, and is also a member of the Steering Committee for Pub Aid, a charity that showcases the incredible work pubs do supporting local sports teams & community groups, as well as raising over £100million for charities every year.
